A Thermomix isn’t about taking the joy out of cooking. For me, it has made everyday food feel more possible. It brings chopping, mixing, kneading and cooking together in one place, with guided recipes when I want a little help along the way.
The biggest change has been confidence. I make more from scratch now: bread, mayonnaise, baking, pastry, desserts and even cocktails when friends are around. I can try something new without feeling as though I need a whole afternoon or a bench full of equipment.
That saved time and mental space matter. They make room for the things I care about most: sitting down together, sharing food and baking for Good Bitches Baking. Thermomix hasn’t changed why I cook; it has made it easier to do more of it.

Support from the first demo onwards
I can show you Thermomix in a relaxed demo, answer your questions and help you decide whether it fits the way you cook. I also run cooking classes, because learning together and tasting what we make is often the best place to start.
If you need a little more time to explore it, ask me about the possibility of a loan Thermomix. Availability and arrangements vary, and we can talk through what makes sense for you.
When yours arrives, I’ll help with unpacking, setup and those first recipes. The support continues after purchase: message me with a question, ask for an idea for dinner, or come back to a class when you’re ready to try something new.
